Hi everyone, I just realized my new video went up a day early. But that’s actually great since Novi Sad is such an amazing place and I was looking forward to sharing with you. Wish you all a great weekend 👍🌺
In my opinion, Novi Sad is the most beautiful city in Serbia. Greetings from another beautiful city, Banjaluka, Republika Srpska (Bosnia and Herzegovina). 💚💙❤️

I was in Novi Sad in 2017. I was also in Vienna and Budapest. I have to say I had the best time in Novi Sad. The people were just awesome. Incredibly affordable too since they’re not part of the European Union. The economy is not quite the same. It’s a beautiful place.
Thank you for sharing a piece of our magical little city with the world. You did an amazing job portraying it, I'm sorry the weather didn't cooperate. Hope you enjoy the rest of your time in Serbia! :)
I just accidentally came across of this youtube channel and let me tell you I was amazed about professional quality of your video...this is the best peace of travel/tourism promotion I (think) ever seen...editing, producing, drone pictures, your subdued comments just let pictures talking, so romantic and very educational ...with this video you let all major broadcasting companies in the world run for their money (my opinion!!!)...if I were Tourism Minister Of Serbia I would give you a blanc cheque to sing you in (hahahaha)...keep up your excellent job you just got another subscriber......cheears from Sydney!!!
This was such a nice video! I can see that you have a style for shooting videos, and it is very nice. Once again excellent video and bonus points for going to Sremski Karlovci and showing how beautiful it is even if it is small comapred to Novi Sad!
Great friday surprise, Janus 😉 Beautiful Novi Sad with full of history. I love the view of the river Danube. I heard a lot about Serbia from ex girlfriend of my friend^^ Did you make a day tour there? Many thanks for producing this enjoyable video, Janus 👍👍👍. Dina
Thank you very much Dina. I was in Novi Sad for 2 full days and really enjoyed my stay there. It is not too small, not too large and I just really liked the vibes of the city and people
Thank you very much for this very beautiful video. I enjoyed it very much, admiring all the beatiful nature, the parks and river, the walks and discovering all the corner of it; so I even think maybe to move in it !
very good video about novi sad, btw its my hometown, glad you enjoyed and this video will help other people who coming first time to novi sad. Greetings
Novi Sad is literally translated as New Garden or New Plantation (in a way). But still not exactly sure how it get its name. "Sad" or "Sady" is Slavic term for a garden, plantation and such.
Yes, it’s a truly beautiful and historical city. Definitely worth seeing. I did not notice any visible scars from the 90’s war. I read that at the time, the three bridges over the Danube had been destroyed by NATO, but everything was rebuilt after the war.
If you don’t count bombing of Serbia by nato 1999 there was no war on Serbian territory during Ex yugo war. Mostly was in Bosnia and Herzegovina and some cities in Croatia. Bosnia because it was 3 different nations living together and everyone claimed to be their land so war started to divide nation within the same country Bosnia.
@@januslog During the war (as Buster Merryfield a.k.a. Uncle Albert would say), news appeared from foreign media (not to point fingers) that NATO had bombed Novi Sad, the second largest city in Kosovo. I'm sure someone remembers that event in the media. The news was retracted as quickly as it appeared, and was quite "funny" to the local population - if it could be called funny at the time - due to the total lack of knowledge of the geography of these areas. Novi Sad is more than 233 km away from Kosovo by air route and has never belonged to that southern Serbian province in its history. Novi Sad is the capital of Vojvodina and has nothing in common with Kosovo. However, it was bombarded with heavy weapons and destroyed to a considerable extent. The recovery took about 20 years. The years after the war were quite difficult and miserable from the point of view of the common man.
@@januslog Greece loves Serbia! Once I had costumers and she told me ''you are the only friends we have'' and that really made me emotional. Amazing family and their son very beautiful around 26 years old he was.
@@Anyatash123Not 3 different nations but 3 different religions Catholic, Muslim and Orthodox but all three made from one Orthodox Serbian nation after 500 years occupation of Ottoman empire and years and years of Vatican influence!!! Pure true, just little think about it!!!😊
