    Like how you break this down and tell us to take it gradually. This will help me eliminate the drag of the other foot. 2 days off for the rink next week, and I will be practicing.

    Hi 🙂
    New skater here and thanks for the defined tips. Also as I'm learning this move I was taught to practice without skates on and use a long stick of sorts for your center, and practice going from one side to the other. This also helps you to not drag your skates.
    After you feel more comfortable try it with your skates.

    Thanks for the demonstration on the two weight transfer segments. How do you prevent yourself from curving into a loop during the middle when the two skate a facing in opposite directions. Thanks from a beginner !
