Very nice anotated build walk thru. Thanks for taking the time to document your steps so that others may benefit. And it really shows how much you can accomplish without spending a fortune. (All this and set to one of my fave RUclips songs, Beach Walk, too).
Took me some time to gather all the photos i had unfortunately!I am glad you liked it my friend!I always want to share the builds i have done, and as many people inspired me,maybe i can inspire somebody else! The song is perfect also!
Loved it! Thanks for sharing the history timeline! I should do that with my green truck. Yes, looking forward to seeing another WPL build. What have you got in mind?
You definitely should Mark! First of all i think it is time for the next phase of this truck, maybe i will weather it,by a lot,and surface the paint/primer it has below? Also to pair this truck,i am starting a new build,a c24 converted to truggy maybe?
Very fun and inspiring to watch. Me and my sons are getting into WPL modifications. What size tires and wheels are those? Is see they are MN tires. Sorry for the silly question.
Thank you Jimmy🙏! I hope you a great time with these small trucks with your boys! The tires are MN tires(I believe from a d90), such as the wheels(I just glued an outside rim from another wpl wheel to them for bigger stance).
I can see it now, that’s why it looks great and realistic, Most of the time when you check these trucks up and brings the front in the rear end closer to each other, from what I noticed on others. How long are the links/rods in the rear.
5.8 cm lower links and around 6.5 on upper(all rear). If you are using adjustable links,it helps a lot adjusting the wheelbase of the truck. This one around the same wheelbase as the normal c24/c24-1/c14.Thank you for watching Jeremy!
Mano tenho uma wpl só que ela tá igual de fábrica ainda, como fasso pra deixar ela assim larga e flexível igual a sua ?? Quais peças trocar ? E peças de qual carro tenho que colocar nelas ?? Sonho deixar ela assim flexível e larga igual a sua top demais ❤️🙏🏼🙏🏼
Thanks again my friend! I have most of the parts I am using in the description. Mostly they are wpl parts, but customed at some degree, either for more articulation or for more clearance. Mn axles a provide the wider stance compared to the wpl axles.
Yeap, stock suspension, just relocated in the rear.Take a look here of how i made my trucks,if you still have question feel free to poke me ruclips.net/video/Zqi3Hmicfxw/видео.html
@@arfansoffi1285 No because i lifted the truck with pcb stand offs.I wanted more clearance in the rear part especially for the bigger MN tires to fit under the fender. The suspension articulates freely without having to cut the body behind it.
That’s where I made the mistake cutting behind the cab under tool box so shocks would fit, Thankfully I have anybody coming, it would be great to see up and under and see how you body lift is attached . The PCB
Why not just buy a good one ? So much time and effort on a toy . Get Traxxas or axial or arma . Playing and upgrade is fun but why when the good car is available? All your doing is paying for dirt and then the Chinese will make more dirt products . We have to pay for high end gear to promote the hobby and get good stuff cheaper over time . Buy this junk is a waste . They are getting better but compared to my traxxas sport its not even close . And the sport is stock very hard to break and all parts start as good parts . I say save up get the real thing .
All opinions are welcome, although saying something is junk , like these wpl trucks having huge fan base isn't actually correct. I do own 1/10scale trucks, two scx10. 2s and I enjoy playing with all my toys. Wpl trucks are cheap, with awesome hard body I love working with, at 1/12 scale, there are not many products available. Have fun and enjoy the hobby!Every car is a good car in the hands of the owner..If you are familiar with my channel, you will know I love working with plastic hard bodies, either on cheap trucks or on expensive.

Friend, which car are the tires you are using on your WPL?? And how wide is it? I want to put one like this on my c24
Mn tires on top of mn wheels, with glued outside rim of a wpl wheel for wider stance

Did anything help the turning radius. It is so bad on mine.
Yes actually, wpl metal axles provide more steering angle with the metal knuckles

Can i put the bodyshell of c24 or c34? Will ot fit?
C24 and a c24-1is the same body, just different grill.C34 though is different andyou will need to figure how to mount it.
what does KM stand for? I hear it a lot. thanks
Kit Metal, while their normal kit mostly contains plastic parts.
