I love tie-dye!! Thank you soooo much for playing that song in the background!! I am in love with them now!!! What a talented band! They can't make a bad song. Thanks again
Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge and being so clear and concise. Many blessings peace and positive vibes and energy. Please continue to create and share.😊
Totally liking the video just cause I thought it was well done and informative....totally subscribing to this channel simply cause he played my favorite band in the background.......(and cant wait to see the video on how to make the shirt he was wearing)
Awe you mentioned Ace, which I have quickly found to be my first go to store for work and play, they plugged the first ad slot on your video. Hope we both get sponsorship from Ace Hardware! 😅😅
That turned out amazing. Thanks for the tips. Growing up in northern Ca I did my fair share of shirts. I did a few a couple years ago but others wise it had been 2O plus years. On sat we did some with the kids at my sons 6th bday party. I had them do several each just incase and to have a few different colors and styles. To all of our surprise at the reveal the next day all of them turned out killer. In fact they came out so good were gonna do another round. Next time we need like two to three times more dye. The cheap kit we bought on amazon came out ok but the amount of shirts it claimed to do was way less then it really did. I’m gonna check out your page for dyes. (Edit) Damn I’m in Sonoma. Just realized you have a retail store in San Rafael. That’s awesome I can cruise down if you’re open or at least order online and support a local company.
I'm so late with this comment but when you folded the shirt in half, have the sleeves face toward you not away like you had it. Then spiral in a clockwise motion like you did, tie and dye, rinse and wash. Your spider will be right side up and not upside down like yours was. Still a pretty dye though. I've been a Dharma customer for 13 years and I love all their products. I subbed to you:)
First thing I noticed! Love Stick Figure. Saw them last Aug. 2018 Schools out for summer. Saw the band walking through the woods behind and to the side of stage. Near a big balcony. And there was deer walking through with them. It was pretty cool. Slighty stoopid was playing. Echoing through. I'll never forget it. Michigan
@@alienated6864 That's pretty cool! I love all the cali reggae. Stick figure, slighty stoopid, Rebelution,Dirty Heads,Through the roots, Sublime.... And many many more just cant list them all lol.
Hello, I love what you do and I am learning, please, what do you use so that the color is preserved? What liquid can I use? thanks, greetings from Colombia.
Quedó genial, me encanta tu trabajo!!! 👌♥️♥️♥️ Solo debiste poner la cámara más cerca para tener mejor toma al momento de aplicar la pintura y así, pero me encantó 🥰😍
Do you prefer the liquid ink, opposed to the powder, & can you do 1 in black, & grey, that looks like a ghostly like image if people that look like ghosts from the past,
This may be a dumb question but is there any way I could do this spider design on a shirt with a logo on but not tie dye the logo and mess it up? Is taping over the logo or maybe saran wrapping and taping the edges down an option that would work?
What is the best way to keep the colors so bright? I do mine the same way as you but out of the washer they seem faded. Is it my low water washer or not making my eyes heavy enough. Its frustrating.
After the shirt is made, do you leave some to dry? and then put the Synthrapol product, leaving it to soak? or already make and put the product directly ?, I need to know, because I will order Synthrapol, if you can answer me, or someone, I would appreciate it very much.
@@roseyred72 came out pretty good. I did one horizontal fold across the chest and then vertical down the middle before folding the pleats. The first fold across the middle is slightly off. Maybe the bands were too tight, but otherwise looks just like his.
That's how you do it !! Just like that....ALWAYS wash with the funky soap to set the dye. I use cold water. either way.. Its all good times and sweaty balls!!! Dont over dry in dryer...
SIICK! Can u make a video on the shirt you’re wearing
Did you ever figure that out?
@@kimbofinesse9497 lol Hmmm, utube community will be left yo wonder haha
It would be nice if you filmed the dye process from overhead. Love the videos either way.
I love tie-dye!! Thank you soooo much for playing that song in the background!! I am in love with them now!!! What a talented band! They can't make a bad song. Thanks again
Great background music 👍 Love stick figure 😊
The t shirt he's wearing is raw!❤
Love your shirts and videos. How about one on the shirt you're wearing.
EXACTLY!!
Pls tutorial
Please show us how you dyed the shirt you're wearing
I’m pretty sure you can just vertically fold the shirt and accordion fold it and dye it the way you want
It's a variation of the tire tread design.ruclips.net/video/tNIVuGtctbw/видео.html
The spider is easy. I wan't to know how to make the one you're wearing lmao.
fold your shirt in half vertically then accordion fold it horizontally. put the colors you want where you want.
@@chrisingram3771 thank you for sharing.
Me too!
Chris Ingram thank you!
@@chrisingram3771 when you say fold in half vertically; do you mean fold it along the y-axis of the shirt?
I watched all 6 of your videos. I've watched literally 100's.
Yours are the BEST.
Thanks for sharing.

Which dye is good making ....brand of dye
Make sure the T-shirt you use is 100% cotton. Do not use a poly blend T-shirt because polyester doesn't take the dye.
Depends on the dye

Anything plant based will work
Really enjoy the "I've got a light, do you want a light?" in the background
Thank you for sharing this technique. It's such a neat design and doesn't take too much fussing!

i think you’re supposed to dye the outside of this shirt more than the inside.
100%?
I'm pretty sure he knows what he's doing
He is like a fucking pro. You cant correct him...
hes not correcting him. He's saying that because dude said it like 80 times in a row.
I got that impression, too! Not sure why... ;) LOL

Hi!just wanna ask if what kind of dye are you using?nice shirt 👏👏👍👍
So you first rinse off the dye in cold water then wash in hot how many times did you wash it and do you ironing it afterwards ?
Nice one!! Love Dharma!💜
Ps. Yeeeeh, a tutorial on how to make one like that u r wearing!!
Very cool - gotta try
2:16 "do you want a light?" For that......umm cigarette you're going to light up. Yeah.
Does this leave stains in your washer/dryer? Do you need to run a rinse before using it on your regular clothes?

I screen print n dtg print...that was just awesome 💪
Would be awesomenif we could see the view from above. Maybe use an angled mirror like on cooking shows? Just a thought. Love tye-dye.
What is the best way to keep the colors so bright? I do mine the same way as you but out of the washer they seem faded. Is it my low water washer or not making my eyes heavy enough. Its frustrating.

i have a question... the food service looking cabinet behind you, I assume its for the 24 hours, is it humidity controlled? If so what is it set to?
Awesomw shirt, great background music also, love stick figure.
Just made an attempt at making a shirt like the one he's wearing. Can't wait to see how it turns out...!!

With your dyes, do you have to use a color fixture after dying?
I admire your art. 💪
So............do you put more dye on the outside?

How much dye will 2 oz. of Dharma dye powder make? I haven't purchased it yet and I am only doing this as a hobby.
That's how you do it !! Just like that....ALWAYS wash with the funky soap to set the dye. I use cold water. either way.. Its all good times and sweaty balls!!! Dont over dry in dryer...
