I have watched all the videos on RUclips 'how to fix moisture detected in Samsung' and tried all the steps but never solve the problem. The problem is stillllll the same. Don't know what to do anymore. Someone please help!
If you still having this message the only way to remove it is by replacement of the charging port trust me this past 4 weeks I've had to replace samsung a54s charging ports on 21 of them and same goes with any other samsung device wether its a tablet or phone with this issue it's a common fault

Not clear what you're saying. Turn it off, then do this? Do this while it's on?
I did both, regardless, and neither worked.
