The only time i had goosebumps was with switzerland 2018 at the moment when they saud put yiur hands up if you have ever been hurted by someone. I love this part. Also i had goosbumps with greece this year the whole song

I know you can't add all of them. They are just some honorable mentions...
I'd add superimpressive long notes from Ukrane 2006, Ukraine 2010 and Albania 2017. Great list btw

Ok, first of all congratulations for your video. It is some work to do a video like this.
I say...for example Cezar Ouatu (counter tenor) was impressive and something unique in this contest (they are very rare even in the opera), also Malena Ehrmann she was really special, Georgia this year (Iriao) was amazing (when wasn't Georgia amazing?), Brandon Murray who was really unique and I'll always remember his entry (this year entry from Ireland didn't seemed to me that much, but I remarked that the boy was cute and funny), also Alexander Ryback with fayritale, also Luminita & System from 2005 was amazing, Moran Mazor also was wonderful and unique, Joci Papay last year with Origo it was special. Lisa Angell I think I have seen it...well they were more, I'll try to remember. Otherwise how many people there are so many opinions.

That's a good list there although I'm missing some of my very favourite "goosebumps moments", like Vania Fernandes singing the last chorus of 'Senhora do Mar' for Portugal in 2008, the instrumental bridge of 'Bistra Voda' for Bosnia and Herzegovina in 2009, and Elina Born shedding a tear while being left alone on the stage for the last chorus of 'Goodbye to yesterday' in 2015, and maybe a few others I can't think of right now :)

Serbia 2007 and 2008 must be much much higher as well as Spain 2012, Pastora was amazing. Also Michael Schulte Germany 2018 must be higher and I miss Yohanna Iceland 2009! But well whats about goosebumps by greece 2011 or Fuego? I love Fuego, but it hasn´t goosebumps elements.
