I’d love to see more baritone ukulele tutorials like this! Thanks for such great content 😊. I just got mine and I’m trying to learn this and stairway to heaven🙌🏻.
Your voice! I love it. So, for the first time since buying my beautiful baritone ukulele, I’m actually playing a song AND singing it! Thank you for being such an effective teacher 💜
Very Nice Very Nice Rendition Stu! Didn't realize you had such a nice voice! Also, glad to see you doing some things on the Baritone. I like switching between the Bari & Tenor depending on the type of song I play. Some just sound nicer on the baritone. Keep up the good work!
This video is brilliant. Love the music theory. I recently said “if only I can find the guitar version of you on patreon so I can learn to play my guitar as well as I’m picking up ukulele now”. Well I recently discovered that the baritone ukulele and the four last strings of the guitar are the same thing so I’m using you to learn how to play my guitar (just four strings until I’m more confident with the rest of the instrument). I heard that the baritone can be a good gateway instrument and along with your lessons I feel like I’ll be unstoppable 😂. I’m contemplating buying a baritone ukulele to add to the collection so I’m glad to see you have a few videos on them too. Thanks Stu. I’d love to see a tutorial for “turn to white” by she and him, if you’re ever wondering what to do next. Most of the other tutorials I’ve seen use pretty simple finger picking and chords, but nobodies tutes compare to yours so I always get confused and give up. 😅
uke mullum yeah, I often play with my wife and I like to play baritone against her concert for a balanced sound. I constantly have to switch from tenor to baritone and it trips me up sometimes. I, literally, have to turn a switch in my head when I change instruments.
Hi Sharon, this is a picking tutorial, though If I was strumming I would play all down-strokes lightly, 6 beats to the bar. maybe with the occasional upstroke after the 2nd beat.
Hi Uke Mullum! I gave your arrangement a shot here: ruclips.net/video/-Tpze2QVQYI/видео.html Played it in a slower tempo and capo'd at the 1st fret. Funny story about this -- I saw this tutorial and fell in love with your arrangement and ordered a baritone that same day!
Hallelujah at last a baritone tutorial that is easy to understand with Lear instructions, thankyou

Beautiful Stu! I love the picking on the intro and interludes. I also play Baritone ukulele so its nice to see tutorials for them. Thanks for this.
Thanks Rudy. It's my new challenge to swirtch over my brain to baritone. Right now my fingers just keep going back to G when it should be a C.

What about the strumming patterns? On the Baritone Ukulele?
Hi Sharon, this is a picking tutorial, though If I was strumming I would play all down-strokes lightly, 6 beats to the bar. maybe with the occasional upstroke after the 2nd beat.
Dangit! No gold star, I guess I'll just have to work at this one.
This was before the gold star system Matthew. Thanks for watching!
