Hack or No Hack? | Sombra Virus Mechanics

Hack makes the virus ability more of a burst weapon rather than steady damage over time. But the extra setup to get a hack is harder to execute and is arguably a slower time to kill. So what's better?

In a live game, you always has the ally color.
In a replay, team 1 always has ally color. That leads to situations, where if your team is team 2 in replay, your color will be displayed to you as enemy.
It doesn't matter who opens replay. Team 1 will always be shown as ally color, and team 2 will always be shown as the enemy color.
