I love the lighting in this video! You either have a window or a lamp to your right (viewers' left) and it looks amazing! The dark wall on the left and light wall on the right perfectly balance with the lighting and the result is spot on! You are beautiful also. Sometimes the background of a video can be distracting, and this one is not. I just paid attention to what you were saying during the video, then at the end, I noticed the lighting balance.
Thank you! I think the reason the lighting looks good in this video (because I've noticed it in the past) is because a storm was moving in. When it gets dark outside, my office tends to look dark, but somehow the light captures me. All of which is to say, mother nature deserves all the credit on this one.
THANK YOU for this!!! I've been wondering what the best way is to handle booking requests that leave a significant time gap to fill. What you say makes sense. I guess I wasn't really comfortable with refusing a booking request. Wasn't sure if that was considered "bad practice" in any way. It certainly "feels" not very friendly....which none of us really wants to be, but I suppose a way could be found to deny a booking request in as friendly a manner as possible... Would love suggestions on THIS aspect if you ever feel like squeezing the topic into some future video!
Thank you for watching and for the comment. I am always transparent about why I'm canceling because it is not personal and also because Airbnb needs to know this is an issue for hosts so they can add functionality to adjust.
Out of curiosity on your Arizona midterm. You said you were holding them off to avoid limiting their potential because of the March 2025.How did that go now?Did they end up finding some good mid term rentals in the meantime?
