Thank you very much for the immense work on this channel. After seeing all the reviews on your channel I only have one doubt left... dip bar from gornation or gravity fitness? Thanks in advance
Thank you for your compliment! Both options are excellent, and it really depends on your preferences. If you're looking for more stability and like the idea of attaching the dip bars together, we recommend Gornation. On the other hand, if you want the flexibility to easily adjust the height, Gravity Fitness would be the better choice. We hope this helps!
With these kinds of bars that's usually the case. That's why we recommend to bend your knees when doing that specific exercise or doing it with a neutral grip holding both of the bars instead of just one. We hope this helps:)
If you are too tall, you could consider buying the Gravity Fitness Pull-Up Rack. It's collapsible to a dip bar. You can watch our video here: ruclips.net/video/oUhI6aU5AjU/видео.html. You could also go for the Eric Flag Pull-Up Bar. It has an extra option to attach a multigrip to be able to do dips. You can watch how it works in this video: ruclips.net/video/0uLqcCJihlI/видео.html. Hope this helps you out with making your decision!

What is your height?
My height is 1,85m😊
Still not high enough for someone 6 ft 4. To do dips without bending the legs 🤷
