Closed for 1.375 million in 2021. I already know the sellers don't want to lose money, so they will overprice it while interest rates are in the 8s. I actually feel bad for the agents. This will likely sit on the market for a very long time.
Very expensive, they don't pay well here, no basement, so this house is going to cost just as much as a big house up state New York or DC but the difference is they have basements and they pay people well. Not in Raleigh. The state is a big rip off.
Raleigh has one of the highest gross salary ranges in the South. Depends on your background for sure, but with such a heavy diversity in careers and industry, it is definitely doable.
@Elizabeth Brower Unless you're a Doctor, Lawyer, Stock Broker, IT Specialist etc and have that type of money laying around come by your means purchase you a house here. But if you are making around the amount of 45k to about 50K and most people here make probably around 40K, you might as well forget about it. The houses here are basically half a million dollars with people making majority of the people and making around 40K to about 60k per year. You do the math.
Love your video you should behave also been sponsored by that juice u took out of the fridge. When you took it out of the fridge thought you were gonna comment about it too
I'm so tired of videos like this. I have been renting an apartment less than a mile from this property and I will never ever ever own something like this. This is not aspirational. I don't know who this video is supposed to reach. But it's an absolute disgusting display of wealth, that in this pending economic downturn, is irresponsible to say the least. I left California just before the pandemic to return home to a North Carolina which I thought was affordable for someone like me who had a really good salary. North Carolina is getting as expensive as major cities like my hometown of Washington DC. I'd much rather live in DC which has 10 times the culture and the public transportation and the proximity to better jobs than to live here in Raleigh North Carolina and live a fool's paradise in this kind of home. No thank you.
I used to think this way. I have lived now in many cities and just want a large house on a lot of land. I can drive to the cities or fly out. If I had 2 million to spend on this home, I’d probably have enough for travel expenses.
@@baughnmd Yeah list some ideas of non salaried jobs. Where can you sell your wares to millions of customers and earn a few million of year. Why people pretend like everyone can just invent a high income job is a mystery to me. Maybe everyone should just be on Only Fans.
I’m glad that someone is doing these kind of videos from NC! Way to go
great home. great price. folks just don't understand major cities are for those with skills and good income. Business owners and investors.

This place is literally right down the road from my current house
You had me at walking distance to Whole Foods! lol

raleigh has great pay for those with skills. doctors, nurses, tech jobs, skilled labor makes money.

@@hellkitty1014 that's false information and you know it! Yes! If you are married, you two can make it by a thin string if you are in a certain field.
@@ErickaWilliamsCC everything else you saw the right but everybody's is not in the tech field and everybody is not a doctor!

I put monogram appliances in my new home . They suck!!! Go with sub zero which I had in my other home for 10 years
How are you going to get any sleep in this master bedroom? There is way too much light in this house.
Let go. I haven't seen y'all in so long. Let go of me.👀🤦♀️
You ask what do I think? I think you didn't show the most important space of any home, the garage.
How much?
This house was listed at $1,725,000. Currently under contract.
This kitchen is way too white. It is too shiny. How can you even function in this house with such bright light in the kitchen?
House already sold last yr
“Wash dishes all day” lmao um, no

This economic downturn will possibly make home owning more affordable. I own my home, watching prices, hoping to buy up.

Your problem is you work for a salary. You will never own anything like this on a salary. Don't hate the game, learn to play with better rules.
