A question from a newbie in this sphere of photography? With such fine margins on focusing, would it make any difference if a beginner in this genre (me!) used a trigger to the camera and transmitter, either wireless or cable instead of manually depressing the shoot button on the camera to prevent shutter shake? I love these instructive videos, thank you for sharing.
Yes some form of remote shutter release is a great help in removing camera shake. As I was using Capture One tethering software I was able to trigger the camera from the PC.

It's the pitch of the lead screw that determines the distance moved per revolution, but I know what you mean. Thanks for watching.
