I would love to know how you try to tackle your bedtime procrastination! I struggle with bedtime procrastination a lot… I also “loved” hearing you speak about not reaching your goals. I struggle with reaching goals and just hearing that I’m not alone is very validating and helped me to be more compassionate. Working on my thesis atm and I’m very stressed out, but your video made me feel less alone ❤

And yes, it was pretty scary to confront myself with all the goals I did not reach this year, but I thought it is much more important to learn from them and share my journey with you! Right now, I am glad I was brutally honest about it. It makes me feel more confident that I will reach the goals I've set for myself this year. I'm so so happy to hear my videos help you to feel less alone during this time. Writing a thesis is a very lonely process and I hope you will do great. Good luck with everything!! ❤

Stretching can be seen as a workout itself depending on how intense you stretch. So maybe it could be useful to stretch after the workout and really rest on the restdays. They are important too. :)

For me, I study very very hard for like a week or two then I feel like I can't study anymore and this makes me unable to revise well for my exams! I really need your advice Rose!
You're welcomeeee, I was so scared to share my failed goals but I am happy now, seeing that it was helpful to share! I think the problem you have might be caused by pushing yourself too hard for 1-2 weeks. It is super important to take breaks, and to take a long break every now and then, for example take a full day off every week (no studying at all) so you can recharge and get back to studying daily ❤😊

Thank you so much, I am so happy to read you enjoy my videos!! It's mainly because of my schedule, I make sure to plan everything carefully. My workout (including getting there and going back home, and changing outfits) takes 2 hours per day, and I have the rest of the day to study. Vlogging is kind of something I do throughout my day, so that doesn't take up a lot of time, thankfully! I learned how to keep up with a high pace while filming, so I can focus on studying more :) ❤️

When you think about the greatest beings that walk earth, you realize that those who are great don't get caught up in falling or losing a battle. Those who are great rise to the occasion and shrug off defeat. How many times have you seen a lion complaining or whimpering compared to how many times that you've seen a lion roaring? Winners don't have time to whimper or complain, true winners only have time to do the things that they need to do to be the best. Will you let the bad circumstances in life deter you from victory? Or will you let the overcoming of your obstacles strengthen you?
