- Exam season is here! After not studying for two days, I decided I needed to do an INTENSE study session to prepare my exams. In this study vlog, I am catching up on a ton of studying and taking notes from lectures. I’m also sharing some tips on how to beat bedtime procrastination and I am working on my goals for 2023!

WHAT AN INTENSE DAY! Studying for 8 hours had me dead but it was fun to try this challenge! Maybe I will try an even more intense challenge in the future if you'd like to see that 👀 What's the longest amount you've ever studied? (Just to clarify: it's not a competition or a requirement, don't feel bad if you're not into study for long hours!!!! I'm just curious 🤗)
When i am in the six weeks around my exams i study during 12 hours every day (i do 2 sessions of 2h30 in the morning, 2 sessions of 2h in the afternoon and 2 sessions of 1h30 in the evening)
I am in med school and it ends in June, i'll finally become a doctor after all that work for 6 years..
Taking 5-10 minute breaks after studying this long is so important to keep yourself sane! Proud of you for completing this challenge! ❤

I am already 43 now but i admire your dedication and how well organized you are. I have a PhD in Biochemistry and i also used to study a lot, so this brings back memories🤗 you have a very nice and calming appartment. Best wishes from a german living in france❤

The longest studying I've done so far is 11,5 hours, breaks not included. I obviously took breaks but this amount of time is purely studying. First semester studying Finance at university btw. 😅 Great video as always ! ❤️
Wooooow that has me beat by far!!! I'm more someone who will study for shorter amounts of time every day so 8 hours is already a lot for me ! @@WaysToStudy This semestr has been incredibly hard and it's not over yet but I learnt a lot from my mistakes when it comes to studying for finals etc, so I'll use that to create a better study schedule for my next semestr to prevent studying from 7 am to 2 am for a several days. Because now I have a flu as I was sleep deprived and exhausted. Health comes first ! ❤️

I had a similar problem with my coffee machine, also from Krups, I had it repaired and it turned out to be such a serious problem that they replaced almost half the machine🫠
Omg noooooooo, now I am getting scared for my coffee machine :( Did you contact Krups' customer service or an external repair person?
@@WaysToStudy I contacted the shop where I bought the coffee machine. I returned it for warranty (fun fact the machine broke down 2 months before the end of the warranty)

I am planning to study in Amsterdam next year, hopefully i will! I noticed you listened to the lectures and took notes, this seems like a great technique, I wonder if that's something you need to ask permission to do, or is it allowed by all professors?
That is so great for you!!! Amsterdam is such a wonderful city and I am sure you're going to have a GREAT time there. In some departments, the lectures are fully recorded already and posted online, so you don't have to record them yourself. If that is not the case, it's always best to ask first. I know a lot of students who don't ask for permission beforehand, but the professors are very chill in the Netherlands and they never make a problem out of anything! ❤ Gooood luck and let me know what you think of the Netherlands!

I can study for an hour or so at a time but every time I take a "5-10" minute break it forms into a 40-50 minute break.

In india 10-12 hours a day is very common 😅
Wow that is so long! How is the mental health of students in India? It must take so much dedication to study for so long. Do they have any time off? 😱 For Western standards, 8 hours is already a lot. My university in the Netherlands recommends 6 hours in a day, including lectures!
Yeah I know !!! But given the amount of competition it’s the only option !!! Yes it requires a lot of dedication!!! But now it’s like a habit for us !!! We get time off but not as much as in other parts of world like we can do either exercise or Netflix not all the things !!! Problem is in every field there is too much competition 😅😅😅
