I like how this is a cover of a remix of a remix of several remakes of songs. Escape, Makers Ruin, RiSe, Shattered, FF3 Crystal Tower Theme. SO MANY LAYERS
I honestly hope we get an orchestral demix of this song if/when we get "The Twinning (Source)" as a dungeon. (Not specifically a "Hard" mode dungeon.) Would probably blow people's minds.
I love when the bass is played on it's own, it's like a moment in the fight where both sides take a breather to size each other up, seeing how exhausted their opponent is and whether they can take advantage of it. Then the drums kick in and it's like both sizes RUSH BACK INTO BATTLE
Why Nero? Nero helped with Omega, sure, but the Ironworks wasn't his company, nor did he have a role in unlocking the Crystal Tower in the first place, really. The Twinning is Cid's legacy.
@@jedimasterpickle3 Nero always acted like Cid leaving Garlemald to start the Ironworks was a downgrade. Seeing the legacy of that organization and what they'd accomplish would give him pause. Also if Nero was jealous of Cids accomplishments in his lifetime the hooboy, wait till he sees Allagan beasts being churned out!
what happen to him in the alternate future? Can't remember if he was mentioned. I only know the work took well past Cid's life but did Nero help anything doing that time or did he die to black rose/some mob?

Are you an old In Flames fan by chance? That style from 00:50-1:10 is very much like the old in flames, from Jester Race/Whoracle. Sounds awesome. Double melody with acoustic mixed in. Good job, man.
I know what I’m doing when I play the game now. Turning off all music, and putting on a playlist of solely HuskyBythegeek covers. Every time a new dungeon or expansion comes out, the highlight is when I get to experience a cover done by you, and I am never disappointed lmao. Please keep it up!

turning off the normal battle music should also affect all the dungeons. i dont know why it doesnt, and it has always pissed me off.
