The guy behind this project is one of Ferrari’s best customers, they’d be pretty stupid to alienate him even if they don’t like this. He’s the guy that owns the 2 F12 TRS.
They're ok with it as long as it's not goofy looking or they feel doesn't fit their brand, see P4/5. They let Jim keep the Ferrari badge on it. They did however re-badge this, so there's a chance they might not like that 😅
@555 kw Ferrari f12 trs is limited to 3 cars and the price is unknown, some speculation is over 5 million dollars but even so sounds cheap because Ferrari 599 superamerica cost 7,8 million dollars and is not that radical in comparison with trs.
Glickenhaus p4/5 was the last pininfarina truly 1 off one masterpiece that Ferrari didn't know about the project until was unveiled to the public, after that Ferrari asked Glickenhaus to remove the badges from the car but after the best public reaction and clients calling Ferrari to build them the same car Ferrari agreed to let Glickenhaus and pininfarina use their badges !
This last information is from Glickenhaus himself, his car cost more than 10 million dollars to make and after Abu Dhabi Royal family wanted to buy it for 25 million dollars this car got more expensive!

No entiendo a los hijos de Fangio , es un hermoso súperauto y dignisimo de portar el nombre de Juan Manuel Fangio , quieren vivir colgados de la teta como las hijas de Maradona . Lo tienen que hacer en otro país a este auto porque acá gracias a los malos gobiernos que venimos teniendo hace décadas , que solo han echo la gran fábrica de pobreza . 👍👏👏👏👏 Felicito a quien hizo este súperauto en homenaje a Juan Manuel Fangio , porque eso significa cuánto quieren y valoran a nuestros personajes ilustres y nuestras costumbres . Respetan a Fangio , Aman el Tango . El carro es horrible, para mí no le hace renombre ni mención a fangio, es un Ferrari con un body kit, y con terribles diseños sin propósito alguno

So you're telling me that this guy stripped apart his 1 of 2 Ferrari TRS to design this monstrosity and on top of it used fangio's name knowing the relationship between Fangio and Ferrari. Man I want to smoke what he's smoking. Before y'all come at me, I know he's like a vvvvip customer for Ferrari and has owned many Ferraris still nonsensical to butcher a beautiful TRS to make this ugly mess straight outta GTA 5. In my opinion this deserves a cease and desist from Ferrari.
