I bought the exact industrial machine not too long ago and it just wasn’t stitching. The thread kept coming apart or breaking. I’ve researched everywhere, spoken to people and no one knew what the issue was. Believe it or not but this video solved all my problems. Thank you
Thanks so much for your video. Our industrial machine had been sitting around for several years and threading it was a nightmare but your video was so clear. Thank you for saving us foxes!
I just baught a TOYOTA LS2-AD148 and your sewing machine has the exact same holes as mine. I'm so happy, I've been searching for hours. Thank you so much !!! Now I really would like to find the user manual.
Just picked up a DB2-B737-403 and this was helpful! Still trying to figure out some issues with the thread cutting, needle position etc. I have all the manuals but it's a bit overwhelming
Hi Alexander, in the beginning of the video, where you're replacing the black plugs on top, do you need to put oil in these holes too? Or just in the pan underneath?
This machine looks almost identical to a Janome DB-J704. Wonder if some of the simple parts are universal. Sure would help me if they were, I can’t find any parts for a Janome DB-J704
Hi there Alexander, Im very new to sewing and i have just brought a Brother DB2-B755-3 and i need to set it up and learn to use it. You video was great to watch and showed me how to thread the machine which was great. I have only just received this machine and i need to set it up as in put together. i was wondering if you have a video that has the run down of the machine from putting it together to using it. I think i worked out how to put the belt on, but having trouble with the bobbin. I would appreciate any help you can give me as like iu said i am very new to sewing and my goal is to make horse equipment. Thanks Tarea
My late mother had one, and she said she would teach me to use it. She passed before she could, and now I can use it, yayyy!!! Quick question, what oil should I use??
Thank you!! It's a different model, looks a bit older than yours, but everything was the exact same!! Thank you! Again. It's a bit too fast for a beginner like me, but i feel like if I get used to it, i can easily alter my clothes within like 20 mins!!
My Consew 210 is much like this machine which my aunt has this model too. I would like to know where to find the part you thread on top, not sure what it is called. The part at 1:32 into the video is what I'm looking for. If you or any viewers might know would be appreciated.
Hi thanks for this video. Should the needle be inserted so the thread goes in left to right as shown? Rather than front to back for conventional sewing machines? Is this the case for most industrial sewing machines?
The needle orientation can be different for various machines. It is shown correct for this machine. Follow your manual. If you do not have a manual the rule of thumb is to thread toward the hook. Maybe this will help. ruclips.net/video/9wek6_aFy_I/видео.html
During the video of how to thread this unit you described the height of the pressure foot. Mine only has about a 1/4 inch. How do I adjust the height to get the 7/16 inch that you described. At the present I struggle with thicker materials (blue jeans). Thank you
Brother and Juki both make very good machines and I would not hesitate to buy either brand when the opportunity presents itself. I found this Brother to be very smooth and precise, quiet, reliable. very good. The capability between them is very similar and I could not tell you what the difference might be since they are both really that good. Great garment sewing machine.
Thank you so much for this video! Can you tell me what needles I am supposed to buy for this machine? The needle that is on there says "orange 18" which is not helpful.

+Virginia Cuda A clutch motor has a brake that is released by partially depressing the foot pedal. If you take off the belt and the machine turns freely by hand then this is almost certainly the case, if not then your machine may need some attention.

Should the presser foot sit completely flat on top of the fabric when sewing? I have found that with mine it always seems slightly raised above the fabric and the length of the stitches can be erratic..
Yes. The presser foot should sit flat on the fabric and "press" the fabric against the feed dogs and then you will get consistent length stitches. You probably can fix by tightening you presser foot spring that can be found directly over the presser foot on top of the machine.
