They make profit on the interest with everyone that is underpaid. Then they make it seem like they do you a favor to pay you the Prop 22 when in fact they paid you the MINIMUM allowed
I believe they do this to keep drivers coming back. I managed a company that did spiffs, the owner only let me give them half of their spiffs, I asked him why didn't he pay the entire spiffs, he said it was to make sure they come back. If you give it all to them, it's easier for them to quit. That's exactly what it sounds like they're doing.
:Literally everything Uber does is underhanded. I remember when I first went online and drive to a surge and it magically disappeared! Fraudsters and liars!
@6:36 in vid, Chris is on it. That's what Lyft appears to be doing on each ride, and then at the end of the week, they make an adjustment in their calculations of all passenger payments, by taking out their EXTERNAL FEES first from the passenger payments, then they make sure driver got a MINUMUM of 70%, and if there is any money above that 70%, Lyft just tells driver, you made MORE than the guarantee, because I think they do include the amount of tips in the total passenger payments in order to "guarantee" 70% of their "guarantee amount," and then they say, "tips are 100% drivers' tips. Lyft should never include the calculation of any tips into their calculations of the 70% guarantee of passenger payments. This is why tips are being doubled taxed! (Did I say that right?)
Lyft pulls the same crap: adjustment is dispersed on Wednesday afternoon, but then states it was on Monday; doesn't it mean that Monday is the processing day? if they (Lyft/Uber) want to float the adjustment, then we (rideshare drivers) should receive interest per day.
Lyft has stopped paying me prop 22 completely, they always say I'm over the 70% guarantee. Uber (same rides same area) appears to pay me a massive lump sum, like half my pay, but each ride is $2-$3 less.
❤❤❤ Great content Brothers! My acceptance rate has dropped to 0 percent in San Diego, California! Lyft and private rides have SKYROCKETED in my MARKET! Private rides pay the MOST! Stay Blessed and strong 💪💪💕 in the fight against these MODERN DAY SLAVE MASTERS! You Brothers are GREATLY appreciated in my MARKET and I am sure other markets!
I feel like my Uber rides pay got nerfed once I signed up for benefits. Lyft magically pays way more now per ride since I signed up for benefits only on Uber and not lyft…
Is anyone else having the issue that the app will not let you go online until you allow them the show over permission? Since it is an awful invasive setting I am at the point that I have to grant the permission just to go online and then go back and turn it off after I get on...
Hey i got screenshots and picture proof that Uber is taking earnings. On solo it is tracking my earnings but consistantly now for a few days it has been slightly less. This morning it was a whole 5 dollars off. This week soo far it's soo off it's nearly 13 dollars that have just dissappeared over the week. Whats going on?

Arizona have Prop 22?
Prop 22 is only 19.20 hour active time only.
You know why. The same way the banks use money. They trade with it as well. There are very few accidents with UBER
