Problem. Polaris 2004 800 prox (146 hp dynod) The Driven Clutch seems fine. Engament. Top RPM's. I have 67 gram n black primary.
Second and helix. Engagement is 3800. are 62/46-.46)ER to tall for me. ..THe belt is smoking hot! over heating and I'm destroying the belt. I Run Crosscountry. At sea level On my own. If I go to less Helix angel. Like 56-44.36. Would this help my belt. It's so hot i can't touch it. Situation and Will it help my top end. I geared for 107 mph. I'm only seeing 96. Is this because to heavy a spring and the helix together. It will pull out of the hole Awesome. But not lift the ski awesome. An i find it back shift to fast.. I was to slow that down. Like an old button clutch. Would a lighter spring finish rate also help top speed.

Yes go less helix and add more weight to the primary and will help
