    Your work is exceptional. 4 years ago I bought 4 x Toshiba N300 8TB NAS 3.5-Inch Internal Hard Drive - CMR SATA 6 GB/s 7200 RPM 256 MB Cache - HDWG480XZSTA at a Frye's electric before they shutdown maybe at ~ $250.
Today I am buying 4 x SAMSUNG 870 QVO SATA III SSD 8TB 2.5" MZ-77Q8T0B @ $369.99. With Samsung warranty is the new unit of storage capacity measure for home theater enthusiasts. Not more expensive than the 4 TB variant from Samsung.

I truly feel HBO MAX 4k DV streams of We own this city, House of Dragon, Succession, White Lotus is busted Dolby Vision.
Apple TV 4K dolby vision MAX files playback is dark, dim in Dolby Vision. Especially on TCLs.

I had a question... How can I bring the files I have into the Apple TV program? Do I need a server or an external hard drive? I have the pro version now, but I don't know how to bring the files into the program? Doesn't the program itself have a server for this?

What's your opinion on using the Nvidia Shield for local playback?

Solid device, doesn't support hdr10+ but still a heavyweight for local playback even by today's standards.
