@cornerplotproperties8587 im very weary of commercial insurance as they class you as a business so you dont get the protections that you do as a regular individual private customer and if the insurance company wants to mess you about, you are at their mercy unless you have a good solicitor but then you need to pay them a few grand just to get the ball rolling and hope you can recover it back once claim settles. Its the wild west !

Insurance is a scam! Happy to take premiums but will do everything to not pay out in event of a claim
We had some very interesting insights into the insurance industry during that event, thats for sure!
