How about level 0? I'd say that's where you need most tutoring. From that point up, it's basically testing what you know in every possible direction. But for starters, I want to know 1) why it doesn't work - like why after I pick the brush, there's no color; 2) how to flip (much more useful than dragging your sheet around), 3) how to fill spaces (kinda basic necessity) ... etc. Could you do a tutorial for these? Like for REAL BEGINNERS.
Are these free? I just had a quick look, and it's not clear from the start. I don't want to go through the pains of registration (yes, it's a pain - it gets back at you on your mail and hits you for weeks until you block it in spams) and THEN discover I can't use it after all cause I can't pay.

Oh my gosh, thank you for actually explaining each tool in detail, talking slowly, and SHOWING us where you're clicking for each one. I'm going to study this video bahaha

@@shinren_ what are you saying? When you zoom in you don't know how big things are meant to be? You don't zoom in on the rough sketch anyway cos you will start adding small details which will just look like blobs or scribbles when the image is viewed full size. You can zoom in when inking. Some pros never zoom like at all. I know all the anime books mostly focus on traditional art and so I'm not sure what the digital painting books say. But Clip Studio has a bunch of webinars on Grapixly with people like Asia Ladowska, ect which show how the pros work. The other software all has vids by the pros scattered around. Out of all the videos I've found explaining Clip Studio Paint, this one is the best by far. You actually go through every single tool and demonstrate how it works in detail.
Yes. I'm going to watch this over again repeatedly so I get a good handle on what I'm doing! Excellent! Would love to see more of these sorts of tutorials!!!!
I appreciate the detail that went into this tutorial, especially giving an overview on the tools and what they do. Thank you so much! Best tutorial of CSP, better than those did by CSP itself!❤
i know this video is kinda old but it is pretty useful and it helped a ton, thank you! :D
Just moved over to CSP from photoshop ($200+ yearly sub was killing me) so thank you so much for this video.
I recenlty made a purchase of Clip Stuido paint, as i dont want to use Procreate anymore and i just want to say thank you for this video!! Its really helped me get comfy with the program and know my way around >_<
We're glad we could help! 🤩
I just got this app and it was a bit overwhelming, thanks for all the info and explaining the whole program
I knew a lot, but there were still things I learned here that now make my life way easier. Thanks! Now I need someone to teach me how to paint.
I have to book mark this video, cause I’m sure I’ll keep coming back to this video…thank you for making it easier for the beginner, especially your voice is so clear yet easy for the ear too.
Thanks for the video and explanations. I've had clip studio for over a year but struggle with what or how to create. You simplified the process by providing steps.
I originally started with Manga studio (basically CSP with extra stuff) then had to use sai when I got a new pc that couldn’t handle the software, now I am going back to CSP, this is gonna be weird, thank you for explaining everything!
Hold Ctrl and click on a part of a layer to swap to that layer, hold ctrl and drag you can also move that layer around like "Move Object"
This tutorial really got me started with clip studio paint. Thanks for this.
Thank you. I've used PS before but was having trouble wrapping my head around clip studio
