Hahaha I'm not sure if that many people would actually watch it but here are some of my best tips for studying! In courses where you need to memorize a lot like psych and biology, start EARLY and really put in the effort to watch videos/additional info outside of class to make sure you understand the material. Get the right amount of sleep for someone your age and you will find memorizing and retaining information a lot easier- you DO NOT need to pull all-nighters in IB at all. Also, utilize websites like Kahoot, Quizlet to make your own questions or test yourself using other people's questions. Personally, we focus less on making notes (if you're handwriting) and more on understanding the material since we found that notetaking is sometimes really time-consuming and it's better to use that time for understanding. Hmm another tip would probably be to reach out to upper years and don't be afraid to ask them for advice or past papers so you can see what they did well; be careful of plagiarism tho :) Thanks for watching and hope this helped, again, the IB score does not make you who you are but it is always nice to have a goal :)

Congrats! But I have a question. Do you know how the pre-ib admission test is like? For IB high-schools. I'm really desperate to know right now because i'm taking the test in less then a month.

Hey! Thank you so much! It really depends on your school because when we applied to pre-IB at the end of grade 8, we had to do a written exam and interview but the students a year above us had a math exam. Again, this would also be very different depending on where your school is located but definitely work on a few leadership activities and your written skills since those are usually required. Other than that, be sure to check that school's specific requirements since they change year to year! Good luck and keep a positive attitude!!
