I have exactly the same subjects and levels! 😭 Except I have chem HL instead of CS HL. But if our school had computer science classes I would have definitely chosen CS over chem.
But really GOOD JOB girl ❤️ I am currently 3 months in the IB and this video inspired me a lot...
You we're a little disappointed with physics in the end and it's understandable, I guess you are a perfectionist too 😁 it's okay, your grades are beautiful, you have reasons only to be proud of yourself
In Eng Lang Lit I also got a 7 on my first test and since then only 6's and 5's, really, so many things in common!

Hey, I’m a incoming first year IB student. I’ve been wondering about which IB science to pick in. I’m stuck between Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. I’m studying economics in university, and from what I’ve heard is that math is a crucial component. I’m not that good with mathematics because I haven’t been doing much since middle school due to transferring to many schools. So I’m a bit rusty. I thought of the options;
1. English Literature A SL
2. Mandarin B HL
3. Economics HL
4. Business Management HL
5. Biology/Chemistry
6. Mathematics AA SL
Option 2;
1. English Literature A
2. Mandarin B SL
3. Economics HL
4. Business Management HL
5. Physics SL
6. Mathematics HL ( IA )
Which one do you prefer?
My goal is to score a 36 in the end. I would say that I’m currently sitting at the threshold of 15-18, and after solidifying my foundations to increase into 27-34.
As someone going into year two of IB who took math HL and dropped it, if it isnt an absolute must just DROP it. Made my life 100 times easier
Also bilogy is def the easiest out of the three, chem is really fun if you like it, if not better choose something else, its a lot of work. Ive heard physics SL isnt too bad but cant say from experience cause i only have bio and chem
I did physics, chemistry and biology all HL and math AASL. It worked out well so I recommend :)

@@VlogsbyMarianne I really want some tips on the ib programme I’m finishing next year M22.I do subjects like computer science hl,English SL and Spanish AB I need tips on how to tackle them better .I would appreciate reading strategies I could try and help cuz I’m admiring the hard work you’ve put in and I would love to emulate it and make my own success story
