The way he describes it, the police officer probably didn't hear what he was saying, cause Kyle was describing symptoms of mild concussion or shock with the tunnel vision. Sounds like the police officer just yelled the same thing hes been yelling at everyone that approached the police line.
After Portland's FIASCO, Kenosha mayor absolutely should have known what was coming in terms of protests and the HIGH probability of riots. Yet that mayor still DID NOT allow the police to do their job in protecting Kenosha in general. It was plain to see that mayor was more concerned with protecting the courthouse, as per the defensive placement of the concrete barriers. These barrier placements also produced a visual zone for protestors to roam freely knowing they would have time to scatter into the surrounding area if police did charge them. When the first shot(s) were fired to Kyle running to turn himself in was a good 5 minutes yet the police stayed by the barriers. IF there's blame to be levied for this to FREELY happen... it would be the mayor. __Furthermore the National Guard was fairly close, about 20-30 mins from call to arrival, said mayor should have called for assistance.

Yet that mayor still DID NOT allow the police to do their job in protecting Kenosha in general. It was plain to see that mayor was more concerned with protecting the courthouse, as per the defensive placement of the concrete barriers. These barrier placements also produced a visual zone for protestors to roam freely knowing they would have time to scatter into the surrounding area if police did charge them. When the first shot(s) were fired to Kyle running to turn himself in was a good 5 minutes yet the police stayed by the barriers.
IF there's blame to be levied for this to FREELY happen... it would be the mayor.
__Furthermore the National Guard was fairly close, about 20-30 mins from call to arrival, said mayor should have called for assistance.
