  • Aaloo ko Achar (Potato Salad) is a very famous dish in Nepal typically made with cucumber and radish. Sprout is not very commonly used in 'Achar' however I think Sprouts complement the 'Achar' and should be used more frequently. This goes very well as a side dish with meat, rice, rice puff, roti or other meals.
    Preparation and Cooking time: About 30 mins
    Ingredients:
    Potato - 600g
    Sprout - 300g
    Cooking Oil - 5 tbsp
    LSA (Linseeds, Sunflower seeds and Almonds) Powder - 5 tbsp - or Sesame seeds
    Salt - to your taste
    Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
    Chilli Powder - to your taste
    Green Chillies
    Fenugreek seeds
    Handful of Spring onion and Coriander leafs.
