I made these cupcakes a few days ago and oh lord they were fantastic. your cake recipe is so moist and tasty n that salted caramel sauce is to die for. i did swap out the buttercream for a ermine buttercream recipe (we like a less sweet icing) and the result was amazing. cant wait to try out more of your recipes!

GOOD JOB
Nope, recipes will always be in grams, but feel free to use the recipe conversion guide on my website and the video I made addressing why I only use grams.

I think Natasha Mitchell is asking for both measurements. Seeing that the recipes are your own, your convertions would be greatly appreciated. Great cakes, I myself would love to make them but I am not good with converting recipes and would also appreciate both measurements.

For some weird reason our stores in Australia call all cupcake tins 'muffin tins' I'm not sure what the exact measurements are, I'm traveling at the moment so I'm unable to check. I've had a similar question before, and the key to getting them to look like that is using the right paper size. unfortunately most stockists sell the wrong paper size to the public. Here's what I'll do for you. When I get back home in a week, I'll jump back on with the measurements for you of the tin I use, and the papers as well. :0) Hope this helps. Nick xo

Do you not have kitchen scales where you are? (genuinely curious, because, sure, growing up mostly the recipes my mum made used cups but now a lot use grams and you can get pretty cheap but serviceable kitchen scales here in Aus that measure grams, lbs and mls, and they don't start weighing until you turn them on so I normally whack a mixing bowl on them, turn it on, measure one thing, turn it off, turn it on, repeat until done measuring.)
Fyi the link in the description takes you to the recipe for salted caramel brownies. Got halfway through both recipes before I realized and threw everything out.

I would just make his vanilla cupcake recipe for the cake and stuff them and frost them according to this recipe
