    i just brought the this airpods 121 immortal and form amazon and kept on charge for like 1 hr but whenever i unplug the charge the case led light doens't glow whenever i open and closed the case the led light doesn't lit at all unless it's on charging

    I have a problem with my new immortal 121 . I received my new tws today and there is a problem whenever i connect immortal 121 with my phone it connects but the right earbuds doesn't work , the light are on but it doesn't pair with the other one . I mean to say both earbuds connects but the right one doesn't work like there is no sound , no touch

    I just bought it now through amazon...product is genuine....The led lights on earbuds are not working...the case is loose...worst product ever.....😞

      ​@boatlifestyle4466 Yeah, I'd be happy to elaborate. I purchased these earbuds from the official Boat website on July 2nd. After using them for two months, starting in September, I began to notice a recurring issue. The case's LED light would automatically turn on, and the earbuds would connect to my phone while they were still inside the case. Additionally, the left earbud would automatically power off and wouldn't charge beyond 20%. Concerned about these problems, I contacted customer service and raised a ticket. They replaced my earbuds, although it's uncertain whether the replacement was new or refurbished. I received the replacement today, but I've noticed the same problem as before - the case's LED light turns on automatically, and the earbuds connect to my phone while inside the case. Furthermore, they don't seem to turn off automatically. What's also noteworthy is that there is no serial number under the earbud's charging case, unlike the previous ones. So, this causing me some doubts that whether this earbud's is authentic or fake one.
