@boatlifestyle4466 Yeah, I'd be happy to elaborate. I purchased these earbuds from the official Boat website on July 2nd. After using them for two months, starting in September, I began to notice a recurring issue. The case's LED light would automatically turn on, and the earbuds would connect to my phone while they were still inside the case. Additionally, the left earbud would automatically power off and wouldn't charge beyond 20%. Concerned about these problems, I contacted customer service and raised a ticket. They replaced my earbuds, although it's uncertain whether the replacement was new or refurbished. I received the replacement today, but I've noticed the same problem as before - the case's LED light turns on automatically, and the earbuds connect to my phone while inside the case. Furthermore, they don't seem to turn off automatically. What's also noteworthy is that there is no serial number under the earbud's charging case, unlike the previous ones. So, this causing me some doubts that whether this earbud's is authentic or fake one.

@boatlifestyle4466 Yeah, I'd be happy to elaborate. I purchased these earbuds from the official Boat website on July 2nd. After using them for two months, starting in September, I began to notice a recurring issue. The case's LED light would automatically turn on, and the earbuds would connect to my phone while they were still inside the case. Additionally, the left earbud would automatically power off and wouldn't charge beyond 20%. Concerned about these problems, I contacted customer service and raised a ticket. They replaced my earbuds, although it's uncertain whether the replacement was new or refurbished. I received the replacement today, but I've noticed the same problem as before - the case's LED light turns on automatically, and the earbuds connect to my phone while inside the case. Furthermore, they don't seem to turn off automatically. What's also noteworthy is that there is no serial number under the earbud's charging case, unlike the previous ones. So, this causing me some doubts that whether this earbud's is authentic or fake one.
