This video was an interesting introduction to the topic. My concern about gentle parenting is whether it will cause Children to be incapable of handling any harshness. Anger, emotional outbursts, these are parts of the human emotional spectrum. If they do not face this growing up, how will they know how to handle these emotions? World does not treat you like gentle parent. Also, if a child believes that it is justified to call the cops on their parents if they hit them, like in many developed countries, i think it shows the actual lack of affection in rhe family. Although no child was ever pleased to get beaten, I think it was all forgotten in the process of growing up. The result was often that the bad behaviour was not repeated. Again, this is only a layman's view. I hope you will consider doing a more detailed video or videos on this emerging topic in future.

Good tips.Parents should stop lecturing but should show the children by their way living and being role models. They must devote a good chunk of their time in talking, playing and listening to their children with not just ears but with their hearts and souls. They have to be children's friends and mentors to have trust in each other Teach also the values of love, friendship, gratitude and forgiveness. the children will blossom and flourish. There is no role for punishment or mockery. in good parenting
