Bro's, you'll love their "Rock The Casbah", "Train In Vain" and "London Calling"!! edit- this was punk rock/new wave side of the band. Yes, there are at least 80 covers of this song!
I saw the Clash at the Los Angeles Coliseum in 1982. Chrissy Hynde of the Pretenders opened, then the Clash and The Who closed the show. This album was voted Album of the decade - 1980’s.
This is British punk, guys, other examples of British punk bands are The Stranglers, The Buzzcocks and The Damned, to name but three! A song I really love is by The Damned, it's called Smash It Up Parts 1 & 2. The version I listen to on Spotify is from 1988, it's a great song, I think you'd love it. In The Rockin' 1000 concert (2019) they do an amazing version of this song, Should I Stay Or Should I Go, watched it many times on YT - great concert! Love this song by The Clash, downloaded it ages ago. Thanks for your reaction, guys, always interesting, take care now and keep well. 😊😊
YES! Love The Clash!! My favorite is "Know Your Rights". "Rock the Casbah", "Straight to Hell", "London Calling", "The Magnificent Seven", and their cover of "I Fought The Law".
Fun song by the Clash - they get right to the point ha! Another good one is "Rock the Casbah". Thanks guys for posting this one. Love your reaction and breaking down the lyrics🧡
Such a great band with so many great songs, they were so clever the way they played with different rhythms and song structures along with clever lyrics, many bangers like White Riot, White Man in Hammersmith Palais, The Guns of Brixton, Spanish Bombs, Stay Free, The Magnificent Seven, Bankrobber, they also did some cover versions of old Ska songs like Police and Thieves and Armigedeon Time.
Another artist I believe you have only reacted once is Van Morrison. He has such a great collection that it would be a shame not to get to hear more of this bluesy-jazzy music "Van Morrison - Days Like This" this is one of his best live performances, and he's playing the saxophone as well as singing...this is some beautiful stuff to hear..."ear candy" for the soul Lovely reaction, thanks for sharing fellas
of COURSE it’s the original. This is the mighty Clash we are talking about. I could recommend so many from this real band but I’ll suggest bass heaven with “ The Magnificent Seven”
Hi.. I love the Clash since 1981../(check out some strange from Germany.. :"die toten Hosen-mehr davon, Hals und Beinbruch, live.." "(See what the singer is doing stupid, crazy. 😮) enjoy
Truly an iconic song that crossed multiple thresholds and was popular to virtually every listening audience out there. Still rocks HARD.
I’m 72 now ,saw them play 40 years ago here in uk ,amazing iconic punk band

Another straight-up jam. We played this as our final piece in the last set and it was always rocking.

We used to think we were so cool and punk because we listened to The Clash.😁
Like many people back in the day, I wasn't really into Punk Rock, but I love this song. "Fun" is a perfect description for it. Peace.
The Clash! So cool! This song is so real and raw - deep questions. Love the Spanish background vocals. Thanks for another great reaction guys!!
I love this song it reminds me of my High School years plus the spanish background vocals ♥️
We used to try to awkwardly dance to this song in the clubs in the 80's 😆😆

A true classic!! "Train in Vain" is my FAVORITE Clash song.
There's a lot of fun packed into this song!🔥👍
Omg I love the Clash!! Please do London Calling, a real rocker!
Once on a road trip, I changed the word stay with the f word and the word go with blow. Made for a somewhat funny version of it.

Maybe you'd like their "Know your rights". Thx for your reaction.
I think the word and genre you are looking for is Punk music, very big 70's and 80's.
This song came on the radio the night I left my husband 🤪
Great band.
I think I will STAY!!!!
Tommy Gun is an incredible song
This is a great song
At the time, the one word to describe would be "punk." It was definitely punk rock. VERY popular.
George, I think you should drop her if she's giving you bad vibes. Peace :)
You guys should listen to the Clash song Clampdown. It’s a song about defying authority and societal norms. Sooo good!
Do more Clash please and thank you.
