it may seem silly to you professor, but i'm here preparing anatomy and i cried, not because i finally understood fully the peritoneum, but because to me it finally made sense learning it, beside having to "move it away" while surgery. My love and curiosity it's still there, even though failing exams may put me down, i know that i wanna do this for the rest of my life. Thank you. (PS: English it's not my first language so excuse my grammar)
Wow, thank you SO much for this! I was having trouble understanding the anatomy of the greater omentum and hadn't been able to find the answers I was looking for until this video. I'm a visual learner and this was extremely helpful! Also loved how easily you explained it and the additional information you added in for us. Looking forward to checking out more of your work!
Thank you so much,, I've been recently searching for greater omentum in RUclips , but unfortunately I didn't find that good content. Now you have solved the problem for students worldwide.
That is probably because it was just recently that the omentum function was discovered..” when I took anatomy, I didn’t learned much but now, I enjoy medical journals and have found that about the omentum...
Thank you very much for your teachings!!! I learn so much from you and the best part is how simple your explanations are! I love your channel & greatly appreciate you taking the time to share your knowledge!!!! Best regards to you
I would like to thank you so much for this great explanation. Your students are fortunate to have someone so knowledgable and passionate about this area of study. Thank you from Australia.
You are an amazing teacher . I have found so many things , unknown to me ... Today October 21, 2024 , you remind me of my favorite verse : Romans 1:21 Since the creation of the world God's invisible qualities - His eternal power and divine nature -have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made , so that men are without excuse The Bible NT the New International Version. May God bless to you. With Love ... I am a retired physician living in S. Korea.
Oh my god I'm about to cry, I worried I was an idiot and would never grasp this concept until you explained it so well- you are such a natural teacher! Thankyou for sharing your gift!!!
I had no idea what an omentum was until mine went rogue ... I will have an omentectomy tomorrow. I feel empowered by what I learned from Sam Webster. Thank you for making this information so accessible. I have been able to understand everything my gastroenterologist and my surgeon have said and I have been able to ask good questions.
I didn’t even know we had an omentum and I just took my finals for A&P 2. Lol. Thanks so much for being a fantastic teacher. I’ve been binging your videos for a week now and they have helped immensely

Hello sir...It's been 7 month of my first year in medical College, while studying abdomen i Didn't understand a single word but after watching you, everything seemed so easy....thank you sir.

I don't know whether you'll see this comment or not... But believe me, I absolutely love you for this! I can't say how grateful I'm to you for this! I was absolutely confused about all these topics, but this video is truly a gem! P.S.: Is there a way, I can contact you if I get confused in a topic in Anatomy?
Dear Sam, while watching your videos, which are really FANTASTIC (so THANK YOU!), I figured out an idea about an anatomy teaching app. It could something like a puzzle quiz for the branches of the human body and the different anatomical structures in them. So the students could bring the puzzle together and if there are any mistakes, the app could show it to them. I think that it would be a way practical move to learn anatomy and you seem the right guy for me, who can start something like that, because your a great teacher and human as well. If you like the idea it would be a pleasure for me, because I simply love your channel, it brings me a hole new level of interest in the human anatomy! Good luck from me and keep up smiling! :)
When u showed the dorsal side with that plastic sheet it was getting into my brain and when u again put it back to the model I lost it!!! I actually wanted to know how peritoneum covers the organs !! Please show it with that plastic sheet!! Will be a great help 🙏
