@@kafizola5695 Lol. I live in Quebec, I know what hydro means. I guess my point went waaaay over your head
If she’s 34, I’m the king of England.
They look ten years older than that
Anyone… ANYONE who would put ANIMALS BEFORE the Well-being of their OWN Children are EXTREMELY Selfish! WAY past time Husband to “grow a pair” and tell the Wife to STOP!
Deffo ...... from Wales In Britain.👋
What is she smiling about. ?? This is serious
What a fab guy
She loves dogs do dog walking or sitting of other people's pets.
Or volunteer at an established animal rescue, or the Humane Society. She had a little child to take care of, as well as her then-12 y.o. son, so she really couldn't do petsitting.
I still can't get past the fact that she's 34 and he's 35 😄😄😄😄
Same here, especially her, unless she skewed the number a bit lol
They do look older!
Actually, at the time you wrote that comment, she was by then 52, and he was 53---which is what they looked like on camera.
@@jb6712 Imagine what they look like now if both are still alive 😳
Who is willing to bet the severed arm is due to him carrying her bag.... Just like their relationship. Otherwise, they both should have been injured.
His arm was NOT "severed"!!! HIs shoulder was SEPARATED---enormous difference!!
"Severed" would have meant the arm was cut off, sheered off, and not reattachable. His was separated during a kung fu training session, not from "carrying her bag."
That hubby was golden. 💛
Sharon's 34 in this? I'm 51 and I look younger lol
Right. She looked at least 44. I guess it was all of the worry about finances and trying to save her marriage.
Selfish woman! Allowing for gas and electricity cut on her children for the love of animal! Your own children are human animal too! Take care of them
No such thing as a "human animal." God made man in His own image, and He is NOT an animal in any way, shape, form or fashion. It's an outright insult to God call humans animals!!!
Women like this need a great caring therapist BEFORE they become shopaholics.
We don't watch money. SCAREY....what's wrong with these people.....you earn £100 just spend £70 ..like what's so difficult to understand?????
Where did they get that many Canadian pennies from?
They're in Canada. Just go to the bank!
So they had options to make more money but they only did it when Gail forced them too.
How do you only pay $250 on 70 grand worth of debt? At that rate their great grandchildren will be paying off that debt
I bet they Divorced! And also guess HE asked!!
I hope they did. Their kids shouldn’t live in a deceitful marriage.
It’s called divorce the problem 🎉🎉🎉🎉
What about the children?
Something about the wife has been rubbing me the wrong way through the whole episode.
There are 2 other solutions for people like this. ONE - just file a BK. It's not as taboo as it used to be. TWO - If you are not of the mindset to file a BK, another option is calling your creditors, getting a reduction of your balance by 50%, then paying them off one by one.
I am the one responsible for managing the household finances. If I left it to my significant other, we would be broke and homeless. In the event that we lost our jobs and didn't earn a penny, we would be financially set for almost 7 years because of my frugal and careful ways.
How can a bookkeeper not manage their money..hardly a good recommendation
Compartmentalize the two. Theirs A lot of emotion in your own spending and you can objective with other peoples budget.
There is something disingenuous about her. I can't put my finger on it. Kinda lacking something in her eyes or demeanor.
She probably puts animals before people 🤔 it's a weird type of selfishness. My mother is the same 😢
My bank has 0 fees.
I bet it has a Not Sufficient Funds fee. No one should be paying regular fees to a bank. If you are paying fees, you are doing something wrong.
Most banks have minimums for various accounts. If you don't have, say $1000 in checking, you pay monthly fees. I remember I used to subtract out the minumum in my checkbook so I could pretend I didn't have that money, and not pay the fees. It was difficult, especially when I was younger, but got easier over time.
She seems to find herself and her spending “amusing”. I doubt she stayed on a budget.
Unfortunately I agree😔
They both look 10 years older than their age
34?!?!?!,
All these couples on her show keep laughing when the scary numbers reality are thrown into their face... very childish
Compensation, embarrassment, humiliation - any number of reasons.
People react differently to bad news or stress.
Embarrassment, and shock. If you don't laugh you'll cry.
The producer stands there and tells them how to act, no matter that the couple might want to react differently.
My late brother was in tv production for about 12 years, and he said it was downright ridiculous what the actors and participants were told to do. He absolutely detested "reality" tv when it came out, knowing exactly what was going on behind the scenes, and he refused to watch any of the shows.
Don't badmouth the wife. She overcame a lot. I thought she did a great job.
Gail , you look nice in white
I could never marry a liar.
My dad was an accountant and paying the bills wasn't easy. So I understand why this lady had problems.
I don't manage money as well as I should, but I do at least have some idea of my income and outgoings. I'm very very lucky to have a pretty well-paying job, but I have been dirt poor in the past. I never ever want to go back to that.
I like the couple. He particularly seemed to be thrilled to get on top of everything.
These are older videos, but way back when she was a mess!!!
I don't like to hear she is lazy. I have been there. This women was depressed. Thats why she shopped. I got help. The animals were her passion and her support animals. They are worth the money. They are not coming first.
YES!! I totally agree. The rescue animals come First. Support souls! She's depressed!! They are Very important in our short lives! There is no substitute for Unconditional Love..❤😻🤗
@@alisatjaden3906 right,forget about the kids.take care of the dogs.😂😂😂😂
After things are under better control, maybe she can have ONE dog, not three or four.
@@alisatjaden3906 so the kids and the dogs should just starve and be homeless? Your not going to end up helping the dogs, especially if you have KIDS
@@Karools_Scribs What you said makes No Sense. Food stamps, no budget is the biggest problem.
Dogs just don't cost that much. I rescue animals myself. There are good ways to do it saving money
I've got trypophobia, and I started to get really nauseous because of Gail's jacket. Had to skip a lot. Oh, dear..
After all she has a big heart for animals. ♥
So many people take on trying to care for some animals as something to give them purpose but they can barely take care of themselves let alone the animals and then they expect unconditional understanding from others and can actually get rude or hostile if given advice.
I would never marry someone who didn’t value animals. She could have kept the pet rescue and really cut back on the crap spending.
I love animals too, so I see what you are saying. They had already cut their spending to the bone. There simply wasn’t money. The husband wanted to be sure the family had money to eat, have a roof, etc. I am sure the rescue would have been no problem if they were not in debt. She can have a rescue later. Again, I love have animals, my cat is my baby literally in my mind. But that was the cold hard truth of their situation.
Me too but difference being is I can afford mine.
She can foster for an established rescue once they can afford it. Unlicensed rescues are a nightmare.
I feel like this couple will be divorced one day.. there seems to be tension between them.
