I am so proud of Joy. She's never stopped working to improve, even after losing her confidence, she has pushed herself to overcome her anxiety. She is not only a talented vocalist, she is an artist. We don't even need to speak the same language to understand the depth of what she is singing. I have not heard many voices as unique and healing as hers. Yeah in my opinion among all the singers including other red velvet members I've heard, her voice quality is very soothing and calming that helps me through hard times.

Sooyoungie’s voice is literally a gift. The emotions and soothing yet powerful vocals is something one wishes to have. Although I don’t have that capability I’m glad to have found an artist to listen to when I’m searching for comfort in life. ☺️💚
