My mum is a hairdresser and she says healthy hair grows roughly half an inch a month. Your hair is probably growing, its really healthy!! There's just so much it might not look like it? Its also fall so things would naturally start slowing down. She also said if you're doing tooo much treatments that can slow it down cos the hair gets too saturated. I'm not an expert tho, I love your advice and your videos, and your hair!! keep doing you girl :))

Hey, i’ve never commented on your videos even though you’re my main source of happiness these days. but regarding your sugar intake, i’ve noticed you have somewhat of an unhealthy eating habits (i used to be worse believe me so I’m not judging😂) but after changing my diet and following a low carb diet everything in my life has dramatically changed!! my skin, hair, nails, bloating, energy levels, sleep and even mental health all became much healthier within 6 weeks! It’s like I’ve been poisoning myself all these years with amount of sugar in my diet. PS sugar blood fluctuations can make your anxiety way worse! maybe if you change your diet, your anxiety will improve 👏🏼

Hi Kayli!! I'm no expert, but olive oil is a really great thing to incorporate into one's diet. It is very healthy, and can do wonders for hair. It isn't a "miracle solution", because those don't exist. Like you said, internal care is what really makes a difference. Try eating olive oil with more meals, e.g. pasta, salads. Its delicious, and is a great alternative to butter. Try being compassionate with yourself, and celebrate the little wins. I always enjoy your videos, and the effort you put into them
Water tastes nasty to you/you don't crave it because of the high processed sugar addiction. Substitute some of your sugar drinks for more natural sugars (water with fruit added) and you'll be able to make an easier adjustment to drinking more water. I like lemon, blueberry and strawberry water
