Welcome to Bangkok! This is definitely one of my favorite places to visit, and a city that hosts some of the best hotels and restaurants in the world. Today I will show you perhaps the best hotel in all of Bangkok, including its Michelin Star restaurant "Côte by Mauro Colagreco" and of course, the delicious food that I ate at Cote.
We will enjoy a magnificent view, amazing food, and of course top notch facilities from this fantastic hotel.
The Capella Hotel is part of the Leading Hotels in the World, and this property opened right in between the Corona pandemic in October 2021. The resort offers 101 rooms and villas, all of them with a view onto the Chao Phraya river. The design of the hotel is contemporary with a open feel and mostly earth tone colors which is very soothing.

If you really want to enjoy the hotel, I suggest you stay a few hours during the day as well. Definitely try to visit Cote restaurant.

Yes breakfast option is also unlimited a la carte. I personally liked the Capella more, due to its more intimate setting and staff. Staff is also great at FS, but Capella was just exceptional.
