I'm a huge fan of our T4 Plus (not sure why they dropped the Tandem monicker). Absolutely love it. I'm 6' 2" so don't think the I'd be able to stand up in the T3 Tandem. I'm considering getting a T4 (minus the plus) for when i do solo camping at the lake. Just need to find a way to justify the $$$.
@@HikinnHamminWe have the five sided gazebo (that's what confidence us to get the T4 PLUS) and love it too. Only small gripe I have is that the screen netting is so finely woven that it can block the breeze.
How well does the front door work / seal up with the Velcro? I’m looking to purchase the t4 plus and have concerns about the front door sealing up and long term usage with the Velcro? Wish they used zippers maybe?
I can't speak to the T4 Plus, but I would guess that it's similar to my T3 Hub in that the front door has a zipper running vertically and heavy duty velcro across the bottom. On mine, it seals up well.
@@OscarGonzalez-fc6ru It's a combination of both. The screen window flaps on both sides and on the door flaps zip down each side of the flap, with velcro strips at the bottom to further secure them. The entry "doorway" flaps also zip together in the middle and are secured with heavy duty velcro to the flooring "tub". I haven't used a Mr. Buddy in mine, but I don't see any issues holding heat less than any other tent. The obvious issues with using any kind of heater in a tent would remain, of course.
@@HikinnHammin thank you for the info that was exactly The information I was looking for. Yeah, I’ve heard of issues about using heaters in tents. I have used my buddy heater in my gazelle T4 with no issues. But thank you again for the information. Thinking about pulling the trigger on the T4 tandem.

I'm thinking about snagging one of their gazebos next. You're right, though, their products are a little pricey.

Good stuff. I just ordered mine. Would love to see more videos on it's performance. You can corner the market on T3 Tandem videos. Cheers.
I'm going to try to do a follow-up on it later this year.
This tent is almost three times the usual tents which I have seen in other camping videos! 73 de Jon, VU2JO
It's a hoss, that's for sure. And it's not as big as the T4 model.
@@HikinnHammin OK. 73

@@HikinnHammin thanks for the feedback. My understanding is that the t4 is the same design.
Does the screen room side seal up with zippers or Velcro? I want to make sure that it seals up for a extra room for the kids.
@@OscarGonzalez-fc6ru Do you mean between the rooms or to the exterior?
@@HikinnHammin the exterior. To hold in heat during the winter if I want to use a Mr. Buddy heater. Thanks!

What is the ceiling height?
Right at 68" at the roof peaks.
Very cool. I think I might need a Big & Tall size, LOL
That's the T4, lol.
Me too! Quite a nice looking tent. Gazelle is like Chameleon in the sense they make great gear is just stupid money.
If you guys ever decide to activate Yellowstone you won't have to sleep in a freakin' tent. Feed you good too.
We'll get up there at some point!
