Baby Brenda was brought to the SOCP rescue center in Sumatra in March 2019. She was less than 4 months old.
She had been confiscated from a farmer who claimed she had fallen from a tree and been abandoned by her mother. The story is likely not true. A mother orangutan would never abandon her baby.
Brenda is an orphan. She needs 24-hour care from the loving SOCP staff.
Brenda also needs support from YOU.
