Um...heads up...but leaving soap on your face for extended periods of time can actually cause chemical burns to your skin...I think that's more of a "DON'T" than anything mentioned in this video.

I think the lighter you are the more dramatic black looks. But you're right the color she used was too light. A dark brown would of looked better without it looking too dramatic
My grandmother sells makeup and the tip for picking a brow pencil/powder color is that it is a tad lighter than your brows that way your brows won't look too dark.

I use soap or clear gel first. Then pencil with some pomade, and then a dark brown fiber brow gel. I do use concealer to shape it a lil. I do not tweeze my eyebrows.Only the few hairs in the middle, that's it. I use all cruelty free products as well.

I think that this is great for people who naturally have full eyebrows before having to add product, my daughter has amazing eyebrows and literally just has to define them with concealer but for myself the older generation who was a victim of the skinny eyebrow phase I have practically no hair so I have to fill in my eyebrows with more product. I think it just depends on the person.
Every time I do my eyebrows they look like the don't brow I start again from the beginning at least 3 times hoping I'll get it better. After I obviously mess up again I leave my boxy brows on all day and I get grumpy af about it

Hey :) I have a course in makeup application and I have been taught to put concealer the same way, THOUGH the concealer always matches my skin tone and blending should be done really well. Plus, foundation follows concealer so as to give the whole face (and neck area) the same colour.
The thing is (I don’t wear eyebrow things) but I got eyebrow gel and it’s in a kit instead and you have to use a brush to get it up but I didn’t get a brush with it so what brush could I use instead of an eyebrow one :)

As a cosmetologist I think I can safely say this entire video is bullshit. First off, there are no rules to makeup. Obviously some techniques will look better than others, but people can do their brows however they damn well please. Second, if you're doing a "what to do, what not to do" type of video, make it realistic instead of completely blowing out what you think is wrong and making it totally different than what people actually do just to try and prove your "point" of YOU thinking it looks bad. Third, don't try and coach people if your own technique sucks and you aren't even using shades that flatter your skin and hair.
What I don't get is how people already have sparse front eyebrow hair going up.. My fronts are like slanted points going inward. 😭 Any tips? (You can see my eyebrows in my videos, maybe I need to go get them done?)

I never really knew about eyebrow gel till a year ago and it makes a difference also the type of eyebrow you use helps shape the eyebrow and for me I used the triangle tip one's helped me carve them out easily also getting a pencil that matches you what's a good alternative for the maybelline total temptation brow pencil thanks for these tips I learned these dont's over time
I honestly think you should be using a graphite or brown/black or soft black eyebrow powder or pencil. You are using warm medium brown shades when your eyebrows and hair are black/brown to black. Using the correct shade and applying it properly will be much more flattering.

Candace Colagioia grab the little brush, and get it really wet with water and then try rubbing it slowly on the soap. (I recommend you to do it slowly because I don't like when it gets bubbles. and also if it's not transparent soap, it would get like whitish)

I am sorry to say your eyebrows really don't look so wonderful I would not be giving tips on doing eyebrows if you're not good at it
I use my fingers to precise my brush too lol, it's super important that your fingers are clean though! xx

How do u do the soap thingy
Candace Colagioia grab the little brush, and get it really wet with water and then try rubbing it slowly on the soap. (I recommend you to do it slowly because I don't like when it gets bubbles. and also if it's not transparent soap, it would get like whitish)
Candace Colagioia and then start combing your eyebrows with that and try the most possible to get it to the shape you want it to be. I like to comb it up but a little in diagonal because my hairs are long and it doesn't look ok if I do it straight up

I was wondering why you used BLOND for your eyebrows. ? I wanted to do the same but was told not too. My brows are the same color as yours ,and your's didn't look bad. In fact they looked very natural. What should I do ?
Both of y'all don't know how to do your own eyebrows. It's people own opinion if they want bold or thin eyebrows. It's what looks good on them. Or long or short eyebrows. That's people opinion on how they wanna look. And yours is you wanna have ugly unnatural eyebrow. It's all good. But don't say people should do their brows like yours.
