We (as humans ;) have two perfect, easy and natural POSTURAS (of course "natural" is a bit subjective term, so we need here to understand that sometimes our corporal "bad habits" make some positions feel natural, just because we got used to them, though they are not "ecological" for our body):
STATIC (for standing) and DYNAMOC (for moving).
Very often we try to apply the STATIC posture for dancing - and that causes only problems and pain.
It is important to understand the difference and then try to implement conciously (!) the DYNAMIC posture for our DANCING.
Important concept: the mechanism of "CONTRA-BODY" is the base of any NATURAL movement of humans. So if we want to "dance and look naturally" we need to move, using the natural mechanisms.
Contra-body mechanism is LINEAR and not circular.
