This was very moving. The paint chips worked well. The location, dancer, it's all gorgeous. I overlayed the dance with Verve's Bittersweet Symphony, and it gave the song a new feel. Plus, I love crows and ravens. I was thinking about it before the shot of the bird came up. The choreography and clothing did a really good job conveying it in a way that was accessible but not too overt. Well done and thank you for sharing your work. 💚💜

I don't know about this specific location, but in my experience in production these types of locations are generally old warehouses in places likes trainyards that see little to no use, but are still owned (usually by a single person or as an asset by a much larger organization, not usually anything in between). It can be pretty difficult to make contact with the owner to get permission to shoot here, but often times they are happy to make a bit of money off a building they are not making any profit from. Pretty damn difficult to just sneak in shoot though, they are usually locked up tight to prevent vandalism, and trying to go unnoticed as a film crew is pretty much impossible.

Fantastic. Spent a good portion of my career lighting dance and have a great love of really good choreography and dancers. Interesting use of shots and composition as well. Thank you.

This is incredible! 💗 Her movements are like the bird... it is stunning... the frequent flashes between human and bird reminds me of The Crow - almost supernatural and a little terrifying?! Great directing and dancing!

Maravilhoso! Sinto minha humanidade reconhecida nesta beleza dentro do abandono, nesta possibilidade do belo que existe mesmo nos momentos difíceis.Wonderful! I recognize my humanity inside this beauty that lives in desert,, in this possibility of beauty that exists even in difficult moments.

Superb video, love the darkness of it. And the filming reveals all the dancers intentions, beautiful job ! Makes me wanna dance there as well 😍
