Congratulations on doing this. Don’t kick yourself for not being a morning person. I’m not a night owl, I couldn’t be and believe me I’ve tried, but I understand my body is not that way. Do what is best for you and your body, along with what feels right in the moment, you’ll be good. Love the how the new camera makes your video looks. I do enjoy how the video quality changes every time you do a video. I’ve grown bored with a lot of the content creators I had been watching, but I always look forward to your videos. Keep going, you’re doing good with your channel and by your subscribers.
Have you noticed that the things that give you a reaction have formaldehyde in it? It goes under different chemical names, but my best friend had a lot of skin issues until she realized she was allergic and eliminated products with it. It's surprisingly in a lot.

I was a dance major in college & didn’t end up continuing that career choice, at some point I dropped off cuz I got a full time job that took so much energy out of me. I am just starting to get back to the gym/yoga classes now after I’d been having body aches and pains. Hearing you talk about your thoughts on it is great! I love hearing your point of view on it. I relate a lot to ur whole background in dance, and honestly also health issues haha. Thanks for ur vids! Hello from Chicago :)
I LOVE Paula’s Choice! I use that along side a Korean skincare brand. Plus just drinking lots of water and not wearing makeup everyday. It has really helped my own acne prone skin. ❤

You put out so much content consistently and it’s all in the same genre so it makes sense you can start to feel burnt out or like it’s monotonous. There’s no shame into looking into an editor even if it’s just for one video a week to help give you more time to brainstorm and put more thought into content planning. Sometimes the time you gain is worth the small cost of outsourcing a little!

Here's a great scrambled eggs breakfast....zero carb tortilla, scrambled, little bit of shredded cheese, slice of avocado, salsa. Soooooo good. Sometimes I'll put veggies in the eggs chopped up like onion and peppers. But yummmmmmm. And wicked easy.

The not moving thing is tough as you get older. I was a figure skater, then trained long track speed skating. Able to eat like 3000 calories a day. It's a shock to only eat 2000 calories a day as a non skater. Plus how your body changes in shocking ways, plus all the societal expectations about how a woman should look. Ugh. It gets better once you shut out all the external voices and move as you feel good and eat as you're hungry. It's a hard transition I still struggle with 10 years later.

Yes, I played tennis road horses and did all that stuff. Then I was injured at a horrific accident at work and I was pregnant and killed my daughter and I have a spinal injury and now I’m not allowed to do anything but walk.
Lol I live in Cleveland and also went to Catholic school. I’m back in the summer Catholic school festival rotation now that I’m in my 30s with friends and family who have kids. I feel like I need to read Emily Henry now just for the reference!

I completely understand the desire for you to get more intentional with some of your videos. As a creative person you want your projects to utilize your creativity & sometimes doing simple vlogs doesn’t fulfill that.
It’s ironic though because watching your vlogs is what made me realize that not all my videos have to be so….planned out. Sometimes it’s ok to just film your day, edit it, and let that be that! Lol
