2024 - BMW here in Portland is charging $1400 to replace all pads, sensors, rotors.
I purchased everything online for $485. And I got better quality stuff. Thanks for the video.

Just Allen key I think not torx

Buy yourself a small ratchet with a set of Allen key head sockets .
They can be awkward to get out but take your time reinserting them
