the two guys in the vehicles were clearly winding DJ up when the pavement was clearly open to the public and they tried to say it was a construction site when clearly it’s not so DJ was well with in his rights to have a go

I looked at the history. First flight was 1967. Entered service 1969. Retired in 2011. Its main roles were anti-submarine warfare, maritime surveillance and patrol, and search and rescue. Number built: 49 + 2 prototypes. It was capable of armament including depth charges, missiles, and torpedoes (the P-3 carried no armament). It had a flight endurance of 10 hours…more with mid-air refueling. The worst event was a crash in Afghanistan in 2006 that killed all 14 UK servicemen on board, caused by a fire and explosion after refueling mid air. After that, mid air refueling was discontinued.
Abdul was a fisherman. His village was turned into a safari camp so he came to the promised land. ... at least I think that's what he said. Hard to tell.
Lime powder is used for stabilizing/modification of the clay, a large machine rotavates the lime in to the clay (at a design depth) and this operation basically granulates the clay by reacting with the moisture (drys the clay) once compacted it can be trimmed to design level. I would not trim the clay on the same day as rotavated as the ground has a habit of swelling over night, so best to trim to level the next day. Another stage to this would be the introduction of cement, which is normally rotavated in to a depth of 300mm this then creates a hard surface that allows for heavier plant to sit and perform its operation, like a piling rig. It actually is not that complicated to do the works. The design requirements would have been done by soil engineers and check by accredited laboratory, that is where it get technical.
I'm not anti immigration in any way...Immigration made America the powerhouse it now is. What I can't in all fairness figure is how many security guards have a SIA license when they can barely speak English. How understanding of British laws could they be?
Ha ha. It was not immigration to America my friend, it was invasion mainly by the the Brits, Spanish and the French in the 15th Century that has America what it is today. As far as immigration, your an immigrant too, we all are.

People just cannot help but get involved. In this case, from experience, health, safety and the environment is hammered in to the staff and employees and people are quick to try and implement what they have been taught to others. However, they've not taken into account you're in public and don't have to abide by their site rules/site law. Security, as usual, clueless. Site manager saved the day to a point. Professional. Police were sound. P.S DJ, those curbs won't doing anything against a heavy vehicle.
I must admit that a lot of these videos do show a severe lack of education and knowledge about public photography among the foreign immigrant security workers more so than the native security guards and workers. Just saying there seems to be a pattern forming between 3rd world workers vs 1st world.
There is a pattern in these comments if trying not to appear racist, but doing so quite clearly. England is lost, to the fascist natives not the immigrants.
