    Hi, Dr Mani. "The rate of uptake through the cell surface is 0.001 concentration of solution mol / s / m2" does it mean nearby the cells, it follows fick's 2nd law with a decay term? dC/dt=D*d^2C/dx^2-0.001*C. Thx

      By the way, I saw the maximum concentration is 180 in the profile. Does it mean 200 is not a fixed concentration? thx

      I think you are mixing domain equation (i.e., defined by fFick's law) and boundary condition.
