Well when you look at the DSC curve, y-axis represents the amount of energy i.e., heat flow in or out of the sample per unit time per unit mass (unit is mW/mg). If you calculate the area then you have to multiply with the x-axis (which is time), so you will get the amountof energy required per unit mass to occur that process, which is called enthalpy. It is also important to know whether your corve is melting, degradation, or oxidation. If your sample has crystal, then yes, the crystal bigger will be curve.

You can do DMRT in SPSS software, you have three independent parameters irrigation, varieties, and fertilizer. You have to consider one way ANOVA with post hoc Duncan test. You need to see significant impact of irrigation on plant height, then separately different varieties methods on plant height, and lastly different fertilizer on plat height.

@@amat9929 Usually Parameters initial value is put on a trial basis. But I follow the research article and how much they are getting based on that I keep initial values. It will easily converge, and your data will fit the model after a few iterations. I did not understand the second part od question.
