Just come across your channel. I’ve been practicing for several years and I have to say this is one of the most enjoyable classes I’ve done. It’s slow so we can really take time to feel into the pose but also strong 💪 I will definitely come back to this. I hope you do more 😊true Hatha which is hard to find on RUclips.
    Namasta 🙏🏻

Thank you so much, Kharma, for this class that made me feel so good. I had injured my shoulders while practicing (probably improperly) chaturangas and I composed a playlist of sessions without chaturangas. The one I have followed Today and you propose is really good and out of the box, first with the softness and the progressiveness of the session, but also with the originality of its sequences. It is innovative, fresh and very welcome to get out of the routines where in a pavlovian way, we chain the movements by reflex.
A beautiful session, therefore, to open the chest, the back, the pelvis, the hips and the shoulders, and all this gently and without boredom!
Merci beaucoup ! / JJ (Wuhan - China)

@@kharmagrimes Yes, it was very helpful for me, but also, as I said, your class is so fresh!
I've been practicing yoga since 2011, but I often spend a lot of time selecting and finding the class I'm going to follow, because I'm looking for one that is innovative and offers something other than the ritual sun salutations or more or less the same series of sequences. The pace of your class is also slow enough to allow to find again his yoga and the fundamentals.
