I just bought my first kit of perfect fit pointe today because of you and I'm so excited for when they arrive. I've had trouble with getting my padding wrong so i'm sure this will be a great help!

I totally recommend PerfectFit, ESPECIALLY if you have long dance days. It will save you so much pain and help improve your dancing since you're not hurting as much! 😅❤

hey Rianna!! I have a question. I've been thinking about getting the perfectfit toe pads in the near future (bc I will be a trainee this upcoming season) and as any dancer on pointe knows that you go through sooo many different types of pointe shoes throughout their journey, but I think I have a pair I'm set with (at least for now). How does the molding of the toe pads (outside purple layer) effect the feeling from new to dead shoes if you've molded the toe pads to a certain shoe? Like with normal toe pads they just slide in but if you've molded them to fit in a set shoe how will it continue the comfort from multiple shoes, for example when rotating pointe shoes throughout the day? Idk if that makes sense but I would love to hear your feedback! Love your videos!!
We'll let Rianna chime in here, since she's the expert, but usually dancers don't have any issue rotating PerfectFits into different shoes, so long as they're the same size & style (or fairly similar). Because the inserts flex, they can definitely adapt some to the shape of that pair. Hope that helps! :)
Hi Olivia! omg I’m so excited for you to become a trainee next year! Throughout my 4 years of using PerfectFit, I have never had an issue with the toe pad not fitting in a dead, broken in, or brand new shoe. I recommend molding your toe pads in a broken in pair rather than a dead or brand new pair since that is the state you want your pointe shoes to be in. And just like they said, you will not have an issue rotating shoes throughout the day no matter what “life stage” it is in so long as the make and model are the same or similar! They should fit no matter what. I hope this helped ❤️

I love perfectfit!! I have a question though, in the past when I have tried them, they get rid of all my pain en pointe, but I cant feel the the floor super well and sometimes I feel a bit pulled off the platform. The tops of the inserts feel pretty thick. Is there anything you'd recommend for that? I just bought a new kit two days ago (so mad I didn't wait for the discount haha) and want to mold them right this time! :)
I would recommend maybe not using the full jar of the putty next time you mold them. Maybe use 2/3 of each jar or maybe even 1/2 so it is not as thick. I hope this helps!

Hi rianna, great video 💕💕. I have a question. I will start pointe in a while and I want to use these perfect fit toe pads. But how can I mould theme if I haven't got normal toe pads.
For the first pair of pointes or if you have not found your "forever" shoes, it is not recommended to do perfectfit toe pads until you find what works for you as it can be very costly to be making a new toe pad everytime you change models or brands of pointe shoes. Everyone has to start from a normal toe pad (depending what toe pad are you fitted in) to figure out what works and what doesn't work. Congrats on going on pointe soon :)
I agree with what Kailin said! You should not use PerfectFit until you have found a shoe that works for you. Each kit costs $44, and they can only be molded to one model of shoe. So if you keep changing the brand or model, you will have to buy a new kit every time. I didn't get my first pair of PerfectFits until 4 years after I started pointe, and before then, I just wore the regular bunhead toe pads that everyone has. Yes, it will definitely hurt at first and you will get blisters, but that's just a part of the process of going on pointe. Once you build up enough strength and experience on pointe, go for the perfectfits! Congrats and good luck on your new journey! ❤
