Honestly were taxed into the ground in this country for the "social services" that seem to never exist. Our money is constantly mismanaged, only for people to complain it's not enough and tax some more. Sickening.

The people who didn't deserve it have their income support garnished, if you're referring to the addicts. Garnished until they pass away. Other people have to pay it back. So, is it actually true that the government of Canada simply hands out free money? I don't think so. There is always high interest.
