I’m watching this because I’m considering the BMW X1. I was hoping for additional thoughts on the 7 speed dual clutch and the many complaints on the start stop system. Looks like you didn’t drive it much. More like reading a manual.
Same here. After watching 3 or 4 reviews IMHO the Clubman falls well short of the X1 in fit and finish and overall luxury. Yes, if a person's looking at a NEW 2024 there's a wide price difference BUT as is the case with just about all cars looking at Certified Pre Owned, the X1 vs the Clubman come much closer together. Based upon what little I can gather without actually driving them yet I'm choosing either the X1 or X2. Thank you SaabKyle04 for giving us a very good look at this automobile.

You should put a Magnaflow cat back exhaust with a k and n cold air intake and get a stage 1 tune

IMO too long despite being "in-depth". Very few wanna watch half hour + car reviews, esp of a mini and it is slightly too repetitive, just the 10-70 mph pulls, there were probabily 20 of practically almost identical one.
Perhaps do a bit more focused, also showing a little bit of 4wd work (nothing special but since it is a Countryman, perhaps a bit of offroading, it would be especially marvelous demonstration if you compare it to a RWD or FWD car and show the advantages of AWD and how they are not only for offroading but how AWD is useful all year, even if only joining a main road from a gravel side road where with RWD or FWD the acceleration/joining will be 5 times slower/less safe due to gravel. Or AWD in rain on asphalt, again uncomparably safe and more planted or faster than 2wd. Portrayal on video would be awesome).
Best videos are those where a viewer can see a comparison to another car to get some basic perspective. Be it 0-60, 50-80 highway pulls, AWD 2WD etc.., suspension/comfort. So few reviewers understand that the best way to convey to viewers is a structured, known format. Like if youre showing comfort level and suspension, include in your videos a stretch of road where you'll be always testing your cars with a few bumps, speed bumps, road inconsistencies/pot holes and then in each video drive a tested car there and compare, maybe show with a glass of water or sth. or an app that shows amplitudes of tremors/shaking. Also app for decibels for cabine noise.
But a 30min video that is very confusing and constantly going back and forth with little coherent head or tail is not the way.

Maybe if you use your neanderthal head a bit you'd realize the length of my comment has nothing to do in any way with the length of video plus has coherent articulated structure compared. Lemme guess, you use the word hater a lot and "so make a better film" as highpoints of your ability to relay criticism?... The downfall of a civilization through stupidity
I agree with Chopstick, almost all the review is about specs and trim levels, which you can get from the website. How well does it ride on poor surfaces, is it noisy around town or motorways, does it put a smile on your face etc are the things I want from a driving review. No offence meant Kyle!
