Not all models have a pop up display. So speedo will be in centre display so eyes off the road to see what speed your going. Not a good idea I would suggest
I really like the overall design, very modern and unique. But what in the hell are they thinking by sticking that atrocious HUD plastic there still!! The center control system seems non-reponsive, would be a diasister to use now that every function is burried in there... Hope this is just a pre-production ans they will fix it...
Stupidest idea the fabric interior panels, they wear out quickly, collect tons of dust and dirt and once they get stained it’s almost impossible to clean. The climate control on the same screen has already demonstrated to be impractical and to a certain extent even dangerous. I had the F60 for over 100,000kms and enjoyed it so much. Not buying this one.
What do you get if you lower these so called SUV’s by 10mm? A car…. Most so called SUV’s are lightly modified cars - it’s just bullshit marketing. The industry needed a new thing to sell and stimulate the market.. and people lapped it up in droves. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve seen a driver try and park a “SUV” it’s either skewed, or re park three times till they get it right. A regular car like a sedan or traditional medium sized wagon are far easier to park, because you can see your corners far easier.

Head up Display is an expensive option and is not visible for tall people. Why on earth did MINI move the speedometer to the centre screen???
